Duvernay sits along the Rivière des Prairies in eastern Laval, with established neighbourhoods of homes mostly from the 1960s and 1970s and newer high-end homes near the water. Mature trees and original sewer laterals mean roots are a common cause of slow drains.
Many original water heaters, valves and fixtures in these homes are due for replacement. The contractor gives a written price before any work.
Tell the coordinator what you see. The right contractor is matched to the problem.
